Calling all Perth yogis or anyone with an interest in feeling good and supporting great causes!

Following on from a successful (and massive) first event at Optus Stadium last year, Wellness Walkabout is returning to Perth on October 12. This time you’ll be stretching out in the serene surrounds of the Supreme Court Gardens from 2-6pm. There will be an hour-long flow yoga and meditation session for all levels led by some of Perth’s best practitioners and teachers. Kids will also be welcome, and can take part in a session of their own with the Kids’ Yoga Lawn hosting two shorter sessions for 10 and unders.

In addition there’ll be live music on the day from local artists Natasha Eldridge and Lee West, along with and a host of healthy food and drink options courtesy of a variety of food trucks.

Hundreds attended last year’s event, and along with the health benefits of an afternoon of yoga, Wellness Walkabout will be raising funds for FAiRGAME. The not for profit organisation educates and inspires children in remote and under-serviced communities around Australia. Indeed, thanks to HBF, lululemon and WA Mental Heatlth Week (running from October 5-12), 100% of the ticket price will go straight to FAiRGAME.

For more information and tickets, head to the Wellness Walkabout Website.
