Join us for an evening with agroecologist and winemaker, Lou Chalmer to experience minimal intervention wine, honey and ambrosia. Lou from Yume Wine is passionate about making ambrosia with natural and traditional methods, carefully sourcing local honey which reflects its terroir and the season.
