They're teaming up with local Yuzu farm, WA Yuzu for an extraordinary dining and ultra-fine drinking experience. Seafood lovers you're not going to want to miss the first Artisan of the Republic 2024 event.

Delight your palate with Scallop Tataki adorned with aged Sudachi Ponzu, each bite elevated by the zesty notes of Japanese lime and indulge your sweet cravings with Grilled Pear accompanied by Yuzu Hokey Pokey and Miso Caramel.
