$200 million mega mansion to be built in the Perth Hills
Plans for a 26-room, $200 million mansion have just been approved by the Shire of Chittering.
The palatial 40,000sqm, four-storey home, known as Madalyn Manor, will include a rooftop helipad, rooftop cinema and rooftop pool, underground garage and tunnel driveway, ballroom, nightclub, four-storey wine cellar, and even a music studio.
Plenty of real estate listings mention a chef’s delight, or restaurant-grade kitchen… Well, Madalyn Manor will feature not one but four kitchens, customised for French, Swedish, Japanese and Italian cuisine.
As well as an arcade with laser-tag arena, the home will also feature an indoor beach volleyball court, squash court and basketball court. Around the house, grounds will feature Japanese-inspired landscaping, native botanical gardens and three lakes.
Built over a 475ha site in Chittering, the home will neighbour a proposed eco resort and golf course. Its predicted $200 million price tag will also make it Australia’s most expensive residential build.
The three year build will be undertaken by Canning Vale-based NXT TEC, and has been designed by founder and inventor Mataki Lim to showcase the company’s precast building technology. The home is also named after Lim’s late daughter Madalyn, who worked closely with him on the design.
Designed to be built with LEGO-style interlocking components, NXT TEC completed their first residential home in September of 2023 – reaching lock-up stage in just four days and practical completion in two months.
