Located on 10 acres of pastured paddocks, amongst the rolling green Perth Hills and surrounded by lush nature on all sides, this Chidlow property blends the best of luxe design and rural lifestyle – and we’re taking a peek inside thanks to our friends at Crib Creative.

Our equestrian knowledge unfortunately only extends to a childhood spent watching The Saddle Club, but even we are impressed by the extensive pro equine facilities, including stable complex, dressage area and two large round yards. Yee-haw!

And while the equine facilities are the headline, so to speak, we’re perhaps even more obsessed with the house itself.

Designed by local Perth studio ARC SEVEN.1, the three bedroom home has been optimised for eco-friendly living – we’re talkin’ solar passive, north facing, double glazed windows, 5KW solar panels on the stables and a 60,000L rainwater tank.

It’s also luxe as hell, baby!

We can’t get enough of this stunning heated mineral pool, with the rear of the home giving Italian villa meets well-heeled winery.

Inside, the picturesque landscape is showcased through the aforementioned double-glazed windows, with surrounding paddocks bringing nature right to your door. This includes the three bedrooms’ picture windows, with a tranquil green view to wake up to each morning.

Much like the exterior would suggest, inside the home is sleek, modern and spacious – although more rustic touches like exposed bricks nod to the rural setting.

And needless to say, with the temperature dropping, we’re also dreaming about cosy wines next to that hefty double-sided Jarradhale fireplace.
