We often read a lot of words to the effect of “unbeatable location”… But this four bed, four bath home originally built in 1964 might actually be in one of the best spots yet!
Situated on Lake Monger Drive, the huge north-facing front terrace has some stunning views over the lake – with enough mature tree cover to lend a sense of privacy.
Connecting seamlessly to the kitchen and front terrace, the open-plan dining is where the mid-century style remains the most prevalent – particularly in the timber detailing and gorgeously retro bar!
