Located at 120 Marine Parade and requiring over 20 months to gain planning approval, Meridian is helmed by development and architecture firm Baltinas alongside architecture firm Cameron Chisholm Nicol.
The natural stone-clad building will feature seven stories, with architecture inspired by both Cottesloe’s art deco architecture and the coastal landscape.
Five stories of the building will contain 10 luxury apartments, crowned by a full-floor penthouse featuring an above-ground plunge pool and 270-degree ocean views. While the penthouse is particularly impressive in its outdoor space, all 11 homes feature expansive balconies with integrated outdoor kitchens and barbecues – as well as private garaging for two to four cars.
“The tightly held Marine Parade strip has never seen such a refreshingly refined apartment development with a 6-Star Green Star rating before, so we’re finding Meridian is appealing to long-time residents who want a fresh forever home in their beloved beachside suburb,” said Baltinas founder and architect, Barry Baltinas.
“This intimate collection of residences is a once-in-a-generation offering in Western Australia’s most desirable waterfront enclave and the level of buyer interest we’re fielding reflects that.”
