Enjoy A Vino? This Bickley Home Has An Attached Winery (And It’s For Sale!)

Are we in Tuscany? Perhaps the south of France? Nope, we’re in Bickley – only half an hour from Perth’s CBD. We had a look inside this spectacular vineyard, cellar door and charming cottage thanks to our buddies over at Crib Creative.

We don’t mind a cheeky glass of wine, and what better way to indulge in your love of a good drop with your very own winery? Occupying 11 acres of the Bickley Valley’s finest terroir, boutique winery Plume Estate has won numerous awards across a range of their wines.

The winery also features its own cellar door and licensed café, which is currently offering a tapas-style menu every weekend. The café’s alfresco decking has a stunning view overlooking the rolling green hills and vineyard.

Keep close to your precious grapes by moving into the estate’s quaint, two bedroom cottage – or rent it out as short-stay accommodation.

Spend warm summer evenings enjoying your very own wine on that gorgeous porch, or curl up by the pot-belly stove during the colder months. Personally, we can picture ourselves gazing wistfully out over the rolling hills, à la Under the Tuscan Sun.

The kitchen is basic – but you can always pop into the decked out commercial kitchen next door.

Similarly, bedrooms keep things simple – but like the rest of the property, boast delightful views out over the vineyard, with the main bedroom opening up directly onto the decking.
