This cliffside Bicton home has got infinite views

We first shared this remarkable home back when it was built in 2021 – but a few years later, we’re still wowed by its three levels of luxury good looks.
Hitting market this week, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to have another peek inside!

Set into the magnificent cliffs of Blackwall Reach, Infinity Views is a sight for sore eyes, designed by Superseed Architecture and constructed by Capozzi Building.
The home, not named by accident, has some views that’ll knock your bloody socks off – with huge outlooks over the sparkling waters of the Swan River from every floor. These views are made even more impressive by the house’s position a huge 25 metres above sea level – meaning you can see all the way across to peek some views of the ocean.

And while every floor has a pretty speccy view, the best place to take them in has got to be from the luxe, custom-designed infinity pool.

We don’t know about you, but we can certainly see ourselves relaxing in that pool after a long day, drink in hand… No? Just us? Or maybe from the primary bedroom’s freestanding bath?

You can also give guests the benefit of that view from the ample outdoor entertaining areas. The ground floor boasts 150 square metres of decking adjacent to the pool, including a barbecue and kitchenette, and a luxury outdoor shower.

The top floor has a spectacular alfresco dining area with arguably the most spectacular views across the river, and provides a window through to the river as you arrive at the home’s cobblestone driveway. Now that’s a setting for a dinner party.

As if that wasn’t enough! The middle floor’s balcony is similarly large, perfect for reclining with a book or enjoying a casual cocktail with friends.

Even without that view, the inside is pretty schmick on it’s own. 560 square metres of slick, contemporary goodness – including four bedrooms, a study, four bathrooms (plus there’s that outdoor shower!). Much of the home’s design is influenced by yachts, reflected in those sweeping curves and nautical materiality, which feels fitting given its location. There’s also a lift and a large capacity wine cellar, obviously.

Situated down a private cul-de-sac, you’ll obviously need somewhere to keep your cars – and there’s a four-car garage with car stacker that’ll keep your motors safe.

If the riverfront lifestyle sounds like it’s for you, you can check out the listing here or take a look at the snazzy video below for more of a peek inside.
