Modernister Tim Ross to host an intimate event in a stunningly restored Iwanoff
The Modernister himself, comedian and “professional design nerd” Tim Ross, is coming to Perth for an intimate show with acclaimed musician and composer Kit Warhurst – and it’s set to be hosted in one of Perth’s most meticulously restored Iwanoffs!
The Mid Century Project has seen the duo travel across Australia, transforming architectural masterpieces and some of the most impressive mid-century homes in the country into makeshift theatres. Described as an “old-fashioned shindig full of hilarious stories, fantastic songs and maybe even a tiny bit of dancing,” it’s a blend of comedy, music and, of course, design.
The Perth iteration will be hosted in the spectacular Booth House, located in City Beach and recently restored and updated with the help of local design studio State of Kin. You can read our full write-up on Booth House here!
