Have A Sneak Peek Inside This Stately Orange Grove Home

Not to toot our own horns, but boy, have we done it again! We’ve found another stellar house to show you – courtesy of our mates over at Crib Creative. This grand, chateau-style home is in the picturesque Orange Grove, neighbouring the lush Korung National Park – where you’ll find the area filled with plentiful bushwalking, mountain bike trails, plus the Bickley Reservoir and Victoria Dam.

As you arrive down the sweeping driveway, you’ll be greeted by a grand entry – featuring a sweeping staircase and wisteria-covered verandah, where you can sit and ponder life or gaze contentedly into the distance.

Inside, the grandeur continues, with a magnificent entryway punctuated by parquetry flooring and elegant wainscoting. Adjacent, the hallway features an ornate timber staircase and chandelier to add to the lavish country home vibes.

On the other side of the entryway, you’ll find the formal dining room, which continues the classic use of parquetry, wainscoting and chandeliers – as well as French windows with luxuriously deep sills.

Through the large open doorway of the formal dining room is the large, open-plan family room – distinctly tiled in black and white checkerboard. The family room adjoins the huge, country-style kitchen. Generous storage is paired with a classic AGA cooker and practically endless bench space – a treat for any home chef.

On the other side of the ground floor, the primary suite boasts built-in storage and a luxe ensuite replete with a claw-foot bathtub. (This is only one of the five bedrooms and two bathrooms!)
