We’re all in need of a relaxing staycation every once in a while, but you could be living those luxurious vibes every day of the week – you might have to break open the piggy-bank though.

Thanks to our pals at Crib Creative, we’ve had a peek at this unique property. Going up for auction on October 23 (unless sold prior), this is the apartment for the ultimate city slicker. The sub penthouse is perched on the 25th floor of The Towers at Ritz-Carlton, right in the heart of Elizabeth Quay – including some pretty breathtaking 300 degree panoramic views. You’ll be in the thick of it, with the entire city right on your doorstep: you can pop over the road to Balthazar for a bite to eat, or enjoy a drink downstairs at the Island… or just crack open the champers at your very own custom, built-in personal bar, overlooking the water.

The four-bedroom apartment is lavishly finished, including a Caesarstone bench top in the kitchen, as well as marble flooring and custom cabinetry throughout. Three of the bedrooms feature their own ensuite, and all four have ample robe space – obviously, the primary bedroom has a full dressing room, because you’ll be needing some outfits as fancy as your apartment. The most opulent feature though? It’s got to be those million dollar views!

As well as the convenience of being right in the middle of the city, the luxe building features plenty of amenities to make life easy – like a resort-style swimming pool, gym, concierge service, extra storage space and even secure parking for three (three!!!!) cars.
