And while we love Perth’s thriving architectural and design scene, and we love a bit of luxurious minimalism… Sometimes it’s the quirkier homes that capture our hearts. Thanks to our friends over at Crib Creative, we’d like to introduce you to our current obsession…

Perched practically on the doorstep of John Forrest National Park, the Swan View home boasts some truly breathtaking, panoramic views to the CBD. A sweeping driveway leads up to a grand forecourt and glass-enclosed entryway.

Scurry up that grand staircase and you’ll find yourself emerging into a curvaceous, stone-clad dining room – the rather seductive curve mirrored by the mezzanine above.

For more casual dining, head to the retro kitchen’s breakfast nook – or set up on the expansive balcony and take in the sweeping view.
