Perth accessories label TYPE1.0 launches today
Perth’s latest luxe accessories label has launched today, with local musician, tradie and now designer Jackson Macleod debuting TYPE1.0.
Offering a unisex range of sunglasses and two gender-neutral bags, the range was inspired by a love of timeless style and quality fabrication.
“I want to offer people quality products that emulate luxury brands without being a financial burden,” says Macleod.

“We all want to feel like a million dollars without actually having to spend it. TYPE1.0 gives people the opportunity to feel good without the extravagant price tag.”
Amongst the range of glasses, classic shapes have been given a contemporary twist with chunky frames and minimalistic designs – all fabricated with 100% acetate frames and alloy-nylon lenses.
“The mission was to offer high calibre products that align with our commitment to sustainable and responsible fashion practices.”
Not limited to just sunnies, the inaugural collection also includes two bags: a minimalistic duffle perfect for weekends away plus a crossbody satchel big enough for everyday essentials.
