Ahh gooch week, that blessed time between Christmas and New Year’s where you can drift happily by on a cloudy bed of no responsibilities, leftover ham, and nothing to do…

Until you see a brand new festival arrive, taking place right in the sweet spot of Saturday 28 December at stunning Langley Park, featuring one of the most forward-thinking electronic music lineups Perth as ever seen.

The inaugural RADAR Festival lineup has dropped (tickets here), and the groundbreaking festival is looking to redefine the Perth music scene with diverse musical talent and artistic expression in a celebration of community and inclusivity.

Presented by Higher Grnd, Higher Self and wldflwer, RADAR is looking to embrace a simple ethos of more music, more dance, less boundaries, and they’ve unleashed a killer lineup to reflect that, including a special live performance form British rapper AJ Tracey.

He’ll be joined by Overmono playing an Australian exclusive DJ set – a Welsh duo responsible for probably the most-listened to Boiler Room set of all time in the Perth is OK! office.

And from there it’s a who’s who of the world’s most forward-thinking electronic artists including beloved DJ/producer JYOTY, Aussie lo-fi house legend DJ Boring and Amsterdam techno queen, KI/KI.
