Turn it up with the slow moves of Lagree fitness, which is like Pilates, but on steroids. If you’re after Lagree fitness then LA Fit is the place to go with 45 minute classes, which will have you shaking. Lagree takes reformer Pilates to the next level with the Megaformer machine (sounds scary, but it isn’t), which provides a low impact full body workout that targets slow twitch muscle fibres, which means that you’re creating long and lean muscles.
