Get Your Jig On, Irish Dancing Sensation A Taste Of Ireland Is Coming To Perth And Regional WA This July
Millennial kids will remember Michael Flatley AKA Lord Of The Dance – the bloke was seemingly everywhere, all the time, on stage in front of thousands of people around the world with his patented brand of Irish dancing that had mums blushing and dads attempting jigs they should not have.
Australians loved it as much as anywhere around the world, and next month the next gen in global Irish dancing sensations will arrive when A Taste Of Ireland tours Western Australia, including two Perth shows along with a huge run of regional dates.
The brainchild of producer, director and star Brent Pace, A Taste Of Ireland is an all-singing, all-dancing extravaganza of feel good Irish music and dance, featuring a cast of more than 20 and some of the world’s leading dancers and musicians.
Pace is joined by co-producer and star Ceilli Moore, a North American National, All Ireland and World Champion who has performed in over 15 countries, including alongside the above mentioned legend Flatley.

After a huge 120-show tour of Aus’ and NZ in 2019, last year it premiered in New York City and it comes back to Australia with revamped classics like ‘Danny Boy’ and ‘Tell Me Ma’ along with many other well-known tunes.
Fans can also expect a capella tap battles, world-class dancing, melodic folk music mashups and of course, plenty of craic in a brand new show that features all-new sets, costumes and effects.
After playing in Albany, Margaret River and Mandurah at the beginning of July, A Taste Of Ireland arrives at The Regal Theatre on Sunday 4 July for two shows, including a just-announced matinee, before heading back on the road to Merredin, Kalgoorlie and Esperance.
