After Six Years, Oz Comic-Con Returns To Perth This Weekend
Dig out your best costumes and brush up on your pop culture, Oz Comic-Con is making its long-awaited return to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre this weekend!
The last time the pop culture convention was in Perth was in 2017, and they’re back with a bang. Across April 1st and 2nd, attendees will get the chance to meet acclaimed guests from film and TV, as well as big names from the worlds of comics, cosplay and more.
These include Jena Malone, known for her roles in films such as The Hunger Games, Donnie Darko, Pride & Prejudice and many more, Julian Richings (Supernatural, Man of Steel, The Umbrella Academy), Alexander Calvert (Supernatural), Keiynon Lonsdale (The Flash) and Brian Beacock (Digimon, Bleach, Naruto, Dragon Ball Super).
As well as exciting guests, the two days are jam-packed with community panels, cosplay competitions, meet-ups and parades, esports tournaments plus the epic Artist Alley, where you can meet your favourite independent creatives and find a piece of artwork, homewares or jewellery to take home.
