Looking for a job? This month Australian Venue Co. (AVC) are running a major recruitment drive called ‘The Great Pub Casting Call’. Jobs will be available for all levels of experience so you have the easiest chance ever to secure a job and get paid training-on the same day!
This new recruitment drive is eliminating the stress of the job application process – making it a great opportunity for school leavers and students who would be keen to work at one of AVC’s fun Perth pubs or bars, including the likes of The Aviary, Market Grounds, Peach Pit and more.

Anyone who wants to work in hospitality is encouraged to drop by for a laid back chat with the team.
Successful applicants will be hired instantly and can start earning money on the same day by undertaking two hours of paid training. New recruits will also be given a $100 pub voucher, free pub lunch after the interview to meet the team and merch to take home.
They will also be eligible to receive the hiring incentive, which offers new employees a $1000 bonus food and drink credit to use at at one any AVC around the country (of which there’s over 200).
