Here’s Your Best Look Yet At The New Claremont Hotel Redevelopment, Opening This Summer!

If you’ve driven past the corner of Bay View Terrace and Gugeri Street in Claremont in the past few months you may have noticed some serious work going on at the old Claremont Hotel site.

And after shutting its doors at the start of the pandemic in April of 2020, the pointy apex of Perth’s golden triangle will finally be rising again in summer of 2023.

They’ve started sharing a few sneaky renders of what we can expect the new place to look like, and we gotta say it’s looking like a dangerous place to be a pint on a Sunday afternoon:

“We’re thrilled to officially announce the renovations of the iconic Claremont Hotel, due to open later this summer. The revamp will restore this heritage hotel to its original charm,” said the Claremont Hotel’s Facebook post.

“With a rooftop bar, public bar, dining room, courtyard and function room spanning over two levels, there are many spaces for all occasions.”

The Claremont Hotel is now under the ownership of Australian Venue Co., who’ve had a busy 12 months acquiring a host of venues around Perth after acquiring seven from ARK Group and two from Colonial Leisure Group.
