The Kelmscott Agricultural Show is back for another year – its 122nd, in fact!

A two-day spectacular taking place over Rushton Park on the 15th and 16th of October, the weekend is jam-packed with exciting activities, entertainment for the whole family, stalls, food and adrenaline-pumping rides.

Starting on Friday night from 4pm until 9pm, you can look forward to fun tunes and dancing with the Mucky Duck Bush Band, roving fire performers, whip-crackers, log-chopping demonstrations, and finishing with the City of Armadale Fireworks Spectacular from 8:30pm – as well as a classic sideshow alley, showbags and more.

The fun continues on Saturday, with the show opening from 9am until 6pm where there’ll be plenty of entertainment from local musicians and artists. You can also check out some exhibitions showcasing local talent, covering categories from flower-arranging to chutneys to dairy goats, donkeys and everything in between!

The Kids Zone will be running on both days, with free activities for kids of every age like plaster painting, giant bubbles, badge making and more, as well as a rest area for families to recharge during the day.

We love a day trip to the Hills, so while you’re at the Show, head to the Perth Hills Armadale marquee to check out more on offer in the region for your next visit.
