New Year New Us: Goodbye Perth is OK!, Say Hello To Perth is Pretty Great, Actually!

After years of you guys yelling at us in the comments and DM’s to let us know how stupid it is we think Perth is only okay, we’re excited to announce a new brand direction for 2023 and beyond – Perth is Pretty Great, Actually!

That’s right, we’ve finally caved to public pressure to stop giving Perth such a terrible rep by saying it’s “just OK” – your thousands of angry comments and at times abusive emails, have taken their toll.

In line with our new direction, we’ll also be ONLY saying positive things about Perth from now on, as opposed to in the past…

No more will you see our usual articles like “Here’s Some Kinda Average Beaches Around To Perth To Visit But They’ll Probably Be Blown Out And Seaweedy Anyway”, or one of our most viewed articles, “10 Of The Most Middle-Of-The-Road-Restaurants To Have A Perfectly Adequate Meal At”.

All photos of Quokkas that don’t at least look like they’re smiling will also be banned, we don’t want to hear about a brunch unless it has absolutely never ends, and what’s on articles filled with knitting classes and lawn bowls will be a thing of the past.

That’s right, from now on it’s only pretty great stuff, pretty much all of the time!
