A Huge QR Competition Is Running Around The CBD All Month
It’s been hard not to notice how quiet the CBD has been over the past couple of years thanks to the initial days of the pandemic, and more recently Western Australia going through its time dealing with the Omicron wave.
Of course, if you don’t feel safe to go out at the moment no one is forcing you to, but if you’re one of the many who are starting to get back into the office more frequently, or heading out for drinks and dinner, this on-going competition is a nice little incentive while you’re doing it!
Property Council WA has secured support from the State Government, Perth City Council and a raft of private sector stakeholders to launch CBD VIP – a comp to drive foot traffic back into Perth’s CBD, and hopefully get you some great deals.
“The property industry has proudly provided consistent support for businesses in the CBD during the pandemic, including rental relief,” said Property Council WA Council Executive Director Sandra Brewer. “The industry’s investment in the CBD VIP campaign signals the strong intention by property owners and managers to do all they can to help their tenants thrive and contribute towards a vibrant, active city.”
“We’re encouraging all businesses in the CBD to get behind this campaign. Visit the website, find one of the many CBD VIP points around the city, or reach out to the Property Council team to add your business as a participating location so you can share in the fun.”
If you’re walking around the city over the next few weeks, you’ll notice QR codes plastered up within participating office and retail buildings offering weekly prize draws. Plus if you scan on 10 of the remaining days of the competition (it ends May 27), you’ll go into an overall major prize draw.
