A couple of years ago we launched Perth is OK! Day, a completely not serious but ambitious attempt to encourage everyone to knock off early on the first Friday of December and welcome the beginning of summer with a couple of quiet ones amongst friends.

And this year we’re keeping the vibe going, if not simplifying things a little bit for you…

After a record-breaking dip at Cottesloe last year, we’re teaming up with the Cold Nips crew for another early morning swim, this time at Scarborough beach on December 1.

We’ll be there from 5am for a quick pre-dip movement before swims and smiles at 5.45am, followed by some coffees and hangs at LIVID Skate Cafe – REGISTER HERE for free to go in the running to win a double pass to Fitness Factory at Ice Cream Factory!

From there… Well though we can’t tell you not to go to work, perhaps you can scythe off a little earlier (if your boss isn’t a bum) for a couple of cheeky ones at your nearest and dearest local establishment.

And later on we’ll be launching the Perth is OK! Party Pergola at Ice Cream Factory, which will be sitting pretty alongside the brand new outdoor main stage all summer long!
