After finishing the season top of the ladder and taking down the Sixers in the first playoff of the BBL|12 season, the Scorchers also earned the right to play the final at Optus Stadium.

And after going on sale yesterday 34,000 tickets sold in just under four hours.

With an additional allocation of tickets being made available for purchase later in the week, it’s highly likely that Saturday’s decider will be the biggest crowd the Scorchers have ever played in front of, with the previous best of 52,960 attending the 2018 home semi-final against the Hobart Hurricanes.

Premium hospitality packages also went on sale this morning which you can check out here, and to celebrate making this year’s final, the Scorchers are hosting a Finals Fan Event in Forrest Chase today from 12.30pm until 1.30pm.
