After what feels like an endless winter, one that saw the wettest July we’ve had in over 20 years, tomorrow we’re getting a little bit of relief with the Bureau Of Meteorology reporting a forecast of 32 degrees!
No doubt we’ll be complaining in a few months time about how awfully hot the summer has been and looking for some cool relief (hello climate change), but for many a bit of sunshine and Vitamin D will be especially welcome.
And even though it is Friday so many of us will be at work, the Bureau is also forecasting east/northeasterly winds all day, which means the ocean will doing its best impersonation of a glassy millpond all day.
For the keen surfers out there that also unfortunately means there’ll be little to no swell, as the flat summer surf patterns begin.
Regardless, we hope you get out and enjoy a taste of sunshine tomorrow and Saturday, before the rains return for most of next week.
