The home of local WA music, arts and culture since 1977, not-for-profit community radio station RTRFM are asking for your support during May.

For 45 years, the station has fostered local talent – particularly local musicians, but also local businesses, community groups and artists. The station has provided a platform not just through their radio programming but through iconic events like In The Pines, Neon Picnic, the Reclink Community Cup and many more.

RTRFM $45 for 45 Radio Love Month

RTRFM’s diverse programming spans everything from talks and current events to over fifty genre-specific music programs – all presented by over 350 volunteers!

To help keep RTRFM thriving, they’re asking for “$45 for 45” – a dollar for each year the station has been running. If you donate over $45, your name will be permanently etched in the station’s history – and into a commemorative honour board at the station. You can also support by visiting select local businesses in Perth who have collaborated with the station, which include Joey Zaza’s, Seasonal Brewing Co, The Moon, Mary Street Bakery and more: with each purchase of these special Radio Love Month items, the business will donate $1 back to the station.
