After four successful, free-to-the-public exhibitions in 2013, 2015, 2017 and last year, Fremantle’s Sculptures At Bathers public exhibition will return in 2022 to the Bathers Beach Art Precinct. Over that journey Sculptures At Bathers has showcased more than 200 WA artists, in the process growing its audience from 20,000 visitors in 2013 to more than 60,000 last year.

Set within the beloved Bathers Beach Art Precinct, the location and intimacy is fantastic – offering an unforgettable cultural experience showcasing Freo’s historic West End. Next year’s also marks an expansion, with the installation of the sculptures by 72 WA artists spreading all the way along Bathers Beach; inside the Kidogo Arthouse Gallery; the outside forecourt at WA Shipwrecks Museum;AND in a new initiative, five works will be displayed at Fremantle Ports.
