We don’t think we’re alone in enjoying a bit of a wild weekend party every now and then – letting our hair down and getting footloose and fancy free! But what about partying for a good cause?
Taking place on Saturday, April 29, Viva Variety Gala is a brand new out-side-of-the-box offering for Variety WA. It shakes up the formula of the traditional black tie ball, bringing together a feast for every sense under the magical night sky of the Swan Valley and, most importantly, raising money for kids living with sickness, disadvantage and disability.
Journey into another world as you enter the gala’s mystery Swan Valley location, lounging back in luxe lounge booths as you indulge in delectable cocktail-style degustation and dessert art by the award-winning Punk Princess of Pastry, Anna Polyviou, pictured below.
Of course, the art won’t just be on your plate! A spectacular, immersive entertainment show THE ICONS will be paired with unique living art installations for you to discover at every turn.
Throughout your evening of debauchery and decadence, you can sip on an endless stream of Forester Estate wines and craft beer from Wilson Brewing Company – then retire to the Limeburners Whisky Den for an indulgent evening of premium whisky tastings and cheese canapes or the Giniversity Lounge for some bewitching botanical pairings.
To make sure that the night is just about letting your hair down, your ticket includes a $300 tax-deductible donation that goes directly to kids in need. But you’ll also have the opportunity to up the ante and take something extra special home with you from the dynamic silent auction – or make an extra donation when you purchase your ticket to have your name up in lights on the Icons donor wall!
Tickets for this exclusive event are strictly limited, so dig out your most glamorous, “Mad Glitz” finery and head to the Viva Variety website.
