Si Paradiso, Nieuw Ruin And Foxtroxt Unicorn Win Big At Last Night’s 2021 WA Bar Awards

Last night the Perth hospo industries night of nights, Barchella and the 2021 WA Bar Awards, took place in typically rawkus fashion at Magnet House, celebrating the WA hospo scene and the crew who tirelessly work within it.

The WA Bar Awards were established last year in an effort to be the “most fair, the most nonbiased [sic] and the most transparent industry awards judged by those in the ACTUAL industry!” with more than a hundred judges comprised of chefs, bartenders, managers, waiters and owners voting for who they think are the best in the biz around Perth across a number of categories.

And last night the award winners were announced to kick off proceedings at Barchella, with Si Paradiso taking out Best Venue over the likes of Foxtrot Unicorn and The Royal to take out best venue, while Long Chim’s Eoin kenny won Bartender Of The Year, and popular new Freo bar Nieuw Ruin taking out Best Venue.
