Got a spare $150,000? That’s what it’ll cost you for a membership to the new, ultra-exclusive, super-luxe Club Moolia. An arm and a leg practically seems like a bargain! The $100 million project has officially broken ground, with phase one scheduled to finish at the end of this year, and the club opening officially to members in 2023. Occupying 3000 acres, Club Moolia will be located in Bindoon, less than an hour’s drive from Perth. Offering three tiers of membership, the first two tiers have already been snapped up, with the remaining “Conglomerate” membership requiring a $150,000 initiation fee.
Club Moolia’s crowning gem will be its 4.1km racetrack that’s been endorsed by Mr. F1 himself, Bernie Ecclestone. With 17 corners, premium high-grip asphalt and over 12 metres wide in certain sections, it’ll be the ultimate destination for supercar enthusiasts. Just as exciting, though, will be Australia’s first ever Crystal Lagoon® – a spectacular man-made beach that will bring the relaxation and glittering, turquoise waters of a tropical holiday to Bindoon.
Now, for 150,000 dollarydoos, you’ll want some bang for your buck, right? If the world-class, F1-inspired racetrack, or the highly innovative, first-ever-in-Australia lagoon wasn’t enough, you can also enjoy the on-site spas, five tennis courts and luxury club lounges, as well as exclusive chauffeur transfers… Although we imagine you’ll be taking your chopper there, right?
