It’s not like we need any excuse for a road trip, but with the news that the RAC Esperance Holiday Park has reopened just in time for summer? Well, we’re already packing up the car…
The Holiday Park has just undergone a gigantic $12 million redevelopment, the largest in its 60 year history – making it a pretty epic destination for your next family holiday, romantic beachside getaway or long overdue quality time with mates.
The Park’s redevelopment has included huge improvements to both the accommodation on offer and the facilities you can enjoy while you’re there. Now boasting over 170 powered camping and caravan sites, eight of which are ensuite sites, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the Park.
Plus, there’s a new state of the art camp kitchen, brand new ablution blocks, and even a parent’s room with a bathtub to keep the little ankle biters clean (or at least clean enough for on holiday).
The whole family can come, too – the entire Park is pet-friendly, plus there’s two 2 Bedroom Pet Friendly Park Cabins with an enclosed play area and ramp to keep your pups happy, as well as a dog-washing station to keep them smelling fresh after a romp at Esperance Bay.
As well as caravan and camping sites, the new 2 and 3 Bedroom Bay Villa accommodation options are close enough to Esperance Bay that you can practically dip your toes in the water from the front door.
There’s also a new, fully Accessible 2 Bedroom Bay Villa, purpose built with accessible kitchen, lounge, bathroom and dining spaces, and conveniently located near a dedicated ACROD parking bay.
Keep the kids (and yourself!) entertained at the brand new games room, nature playground, or in the heated pool, where you can gaze out at the ocean and have a relaxing splash before hitting up one of the three new barbecue areas for dinner.
Situated on RAC’s Electric Highway, the park also boasts an electric vehicle charging station – one of 15 stations between Perth and Augusta, meaning EV drivers are well catered for along the entirety of the road trip.
