We love our cabins tiny, we love our cabins hidden, and we definitely love our cabins framed in the shape of an A!
And “Deep South” is an adorable A-frame cabin stay perfectly positioned between delightful Denmark, its neighbouring karri forests and the awe-inspiring Ocean Beach.
Drenched in nostalgia, it’s perfect for small groups of two to four people and flush with bespoke interiors and tasteful splashes of colour that harken back to its ’70s roots.
Carefully curated by photographer Bianca Todd (who took all of these lovely photos), it has king, queen and single bedrooms, a well-appointed modern kitchen that maintains a rustic feel, wood fire in the lounge, dining nook, and a fabulous front deck perfect for sunrises early and stargazing later.
It’s only a few hundred metres away from a cracking section of the Bibbulmun Track, while Ocean Beach and the Wilson Inlet are equally close by.
Denmark is flush with cute and quirky accommodation options, but “Deep South” might just be the cream of the crop as far as we’re concerned – a unique way to disconnect from the big city life, and explore the beautiful great southern region.
