This stunning circa-1853 Airbnb is right in the heart of Freo
What’s that they say about location, location, location?
It doesn’t really get any better than this Airbnb, which is perched in the smack-bang middle of Freo’s action, and we’ve had a peek inside with some speccy pics from our friends at Crib Creative.
Located within the historic, 1853-built Higham’s Buildings, the National Hotel is just out the window, with even more excellent eating and drinking only seconds away – including Chicho Gelato, Peggy’s, Best Wishes, Ronnie Nights, Short Order, Lions and Tigers… The list goes on!
Inside, the apartment is just as delicious, designed specifically for luxury stays.
Two crisp, queen-sized bedrooms boast generous storage, including a portable cot, high chair and pram should you need them.
Continue down the window-lined, light-filled corridor, and you’ll be greeted by the stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

Surrounded by ornate stained glass windows with generously high ceilings, the apartment is as light and airy as they come – although you’ll be insulated from any noise from the street by the new double glazing.
As well as the huge couch to luxuriate on, the dining table comfortably seats 8 – or makes a spacious spot to work from.
While you’re surrounded by restaurants, that stunning dining table is begging for a dinner party… And the impressive kitchen just seals the deal. With integrated appliances, a Nespresso machine, zip tap delivering boiling, chilled and sparkling water, plus a combination blender and beater, you’ll be able to whip up a feast in a flash. (Not to mention the tasty ingredients from Kakulas Sister, just over the road!)
