Sun, suds and swinging clubs: Tee off at CBCo Brewing down south this summer
Summer holidays down in Margaret River just got a whole lot better, thanks to the legends at CBCo Brewing.
Not only are they crafting some of the best brews in the region, they’ve really levelled up their offering this year with the Short Iron Range, which is all about getting together with your mates for a cold one over a bucket of balls while soaking up some well deserved time outdoors.
The six undercover bays mean there’s no need to worry if the sun’s a little bitey or the clouds roll in, and with a standalone bar right by the range, you don’t have to leave the comfort of your crew to grab the next round!
If you’re there during the week you can pop in for the “Tee Off Lunch Special” (Monday-Friday, 12-1pm), which includes a pizza of your choice, bucket of balls and a glass of beer, cider or wine for $35, with the golf deck available for walk-ins!
More of a Snappy Gilmore than a Happy Gilmore? CBCo’s Paddock to Plate program is another reason you’ll want to stay a while.
Over the last 18 months, they’ve gone all-in on regenerative farming, making sure that the food on your plate is as fresh and sustainable as it gets. With 70 acres of lush farmland and free-roaming livestock, CBCo’s philosophy is simple: cultivate goodness from the ground up.
We’re talking local, seasonal produce straight from the source, so every meal isn’t only full of fresh, flavourful ingredients, it’s reducing food miles and supporting the environment.
