Well we’re officially very deep into the silly season, and if you’re anything like us you’re not even organised for Christmas day, let alone New Year’s Eve.
In an effort to simplify things for you, we’ve rounded up five awesome dinners and parties happening at a few of our fave Perth venues that’d be perfect for you and your pals to get around. So take the hassle out of organising a party this New Year’s Eve, fire up the group chat and cop tickets to one of the below:
A Grand New Year’s Eve at The Royal
The grand old dame of Perth CBD pubs is raising the disco balls, turning up the tunes and busting out the bubbles for a glittering night of drinks, DJs, dinner bookings and…karaoke? You can book a table for dinner early and stay late, or grab a $10 ticket at the door from 10pm that includes a glass of prosecco on arrival, roaming snacks and midnight fireworks show. Plus if you’re feeling really game, hire out their karaoke room for a one-hour slot from 6-11pm for $100, with a bottle of bubbles thrown in.
A NYE ‘Off the Record’ at Willi’s Wine Bar
If you prefer something a little more intimate before partying upstairs at The Royal, downstairs wine bar Willi’s is the place to book for dinner from 6 pm. Enjoy delicious drinks and dining inside or in their courtyard space with a full a la carte menu and vinyl DJ warming things up, then kick onto New Year’s celebrations upstairs, where entry is complimentary.
New Bloom: A Fleur Champagne Soirée
Chasing a more refined end to the year? Fleur’s Head Chef Logan Place offers the perfect blend of boldness and delicacy, hosting an exceptional dining experience showcasing delectable local produce through the lens of French cuisine. We’re talking champagne pairings, caviar bumps on arrival and more, before heading upstairs to join the revelry of The Royal. Book your seat and check the indulgent menu here.
New Year’s Eve on The Standard Rooftops
The Standard’s beloved rooftop bar, restaurant and garden will be serving up a bespoke, Asian-inspired banquet across two sittings (6pm and 8.30pm). Their rooftop DJ will keep the vibes going from there with festive drinks indoors and outdoors, with fireworks to round out a ripper night under the stars. Get all the deets and book here.
A Dandy New Year’s Eve
Dandelion in Karrinyup is going all out for an enchanting evening of disco balls, glittering cocktails, and New Year’s surprises galore as the balcony bursts to life in a sea of sparkling lights and music to match. There are two seatings to choose from (5.30pm and 8pm), with $75 letting you indulge in a delicious banquet feast by Head Chef Matt Payne, offering Asian-inspired plates, perfect for sharing.
