An incredibly unique experience in the heart of Freo, Gin School is a hands-on gin making class led by spirit experts and conducted alongside Republic of Fremantle’s one-of-a-kind copper stills. Deep within their Pakenham Street distillery they’re turning Verdelho (a white wine grape) from the Swan Valley into delicious vodka and gin via an innovative grape-to-glass distillation method.

Participants will learn how to distill in a mini pot still and craft their own bottle of gin, in the process selecting botanicals before watching (and tasting) their gin recipe literally come to life before their eyes. Each class includes a complimentary Gin & Tonic while you work, plus your own custom 500ml bottle of gin!
