This weekend sees the official opening of Spring, a killer collaboration between Perth hospo and event powerhouses, Sneakers & Jeans and Seasons.

Described as an “ultimate year-round party paradise in the heart of the city”, Spring moves into the former Flour Factory and Arara space on Queen Street in the CBD, and it’s got plenty going on for the Perth’s party peeps.

First stop is ground floor, where you’ll find the main dining and bar area with a wistful Wisteria Tree centrepiece, DJs on the weekends, and share plate-filled menu designed by Charlie Vargas, Group Creative Culinary Director of Sneakers & Jeans.

Heading up to the first floor punters will be immersed in a more intimate setting with a dancefloor, neon-drenched DJ booth and outdoor garden area to dance well into the night, with the help of some special teapot cocktails, of course.

Bringing the two worlds of hospo and festivals together, Spring is looking to be the go-to spot for mid-week drinks and dinner, before ramping things up a little on the weekend including a late night entrance accessible via the back stairs.

“We love that the concept of ‘Spring’ blossomed from this partnership—our first brick-and-mortar venture together and Arara seemed like the most logical canvas for this project,” says Sneakers & Jeans CEO Andy Freeman.

“It’s an exciting journey, creating a 450pax Queen Street monster right in the heart of the CBD.”

“We want dinner, but it to also be a dinner party… We want cocktails, but we want a cocktail session,” adds Seasons co-founder Taylor Rule. “We want to pack away the tables, but for you to dance on the chairs.”

After kicking things off with a three-day mini festival last long weekend, the restaurant, bar and late-night dance venue opens for business tonight, Thursday 1 February – bookings open for dinner from 4pm.

Spring is open 4pm-late Wednesday-Thursday, 12pm-late Fridays, 4pm-late Saturdays and 12pm-10pm Sundays, head to their website for more info.
