Created by Head Chef Alex Baglin, the five-course menu highlights some mouth-watering seasonal produce, all with the signature Sweetwater twist.
We’re talking innovative takes involving fresh produce, vegan dumplings, noodles, curries and sides.
That’s right plant-based pals, you can finally sit back and relax; for once, everything on the menu is vegan.
There’ll even be a menu of perfectly-paired cocktails and wines to choose from that are also vegan-friendly.
