If you’ve popped out the Guildford Hotel for a beer and bite to eat at any point, there’s a good chance you’ve enjoyed something off their low and slow smoked menu like butterfield beef brisket, smoked chipotle and cheese sausages or just The Whole Damn Lot.
Their on-site smoke, affectionately known as “Thomas”, is manned by the Guildford’s famous Pit Master, and kicking off next Thursday 23 February he wants to show you a thing or two about smokin’ meat.
The historic hotel has just launched a new Around The World BBQ Masterclass series – a night in the beer garden enjoying some smoky meats along with a few tips and tricks of the trades from the Pit Master himself.
Each Around The World night journeys to a new destination, with sessions including the interactive class, a feasting dinner, two paired drinks and a dessert with a twist, all for just $79pp!
