Third Wheel + Parmelia Park + South Freo Dog Beach
Third Wheel is a South Freo fave for many, with their verandah being the perfect spot for a house-made nut milk latte, puppy in tow. From there you can head to Parmelia Park just around the corner for a quick trot, before making your way down to South Fremantle Dog Beach for a nice cool-off!
Mount Street Breakfast Bar + Jacob’s Ladder + Kings Park
Mount Street Breakfast Bar is packing a seriously snackable menu that’s perfect for quick fuel-up before tackling Jacob’s Ladder. We don’t want to tucker your pup out, so just the trip up Jacob’s Ladder to enjoy the view should be enough! And then it’s on to Kings Park – Perth’s beautiful botanic gardens are dog-friendly (with a leash).
Lot One Kitchen + Marbella Park + Hillarys Dog Beach
We’ll reverse the trip for our northern coastal day out, first going for a stroll around the leafy surrounds of Marbella Park. From there it’s just around the block to grab a coffee or a bite to eat at Lot One Kitchen in the sunshine, and then a nice leisurely stroll up to the popular Hillarys Dog Beach for a refreshing dip and play.
Holly Rayes + Palmerston Square + Point Reserve
We’re bullish on Bassendean these days, and you’ve got plenty of options for a delightful doggie day out. Head to Parmelia Park for a play before grabbing a coffee at Holly Raye’s, followed by a trip down to Point Reserve for a riverside stroll. If you’re there on the weekend, it’s also a short stroll up river to check out Dr Russell’s Imaginarium antique shop!
