Jetstar launches direct Perth-Singapore flights
After announcing the news at the end of last year, this month has seen the commencement of Jetstar’s new Perth to Singapore flight.
Alongside new direct flights to Bangkok and Phuket, Jetstar have launched up to six weekly flights from Perth to Singapore direct, cruising on Jetstar’s new quieter, more fuel efficient Airbus A321neo LRs.

There are four of the new planes now based in Perth, which will translate to over 330,000 new low-fare seats headed to Southeast Asia every year.

“We know West Australians love to travel internationally, and these three new routes to exciting Southeast Asian cities will open up more than 330,000 more low-fare international seats each year,” said Jetstar Group CEO Stephanie Tully.
“These new international services just show how popular and lucrative tourism is in Western Australia,” added WA Tourism Minister Rita Saffioti. “We’re really excited these additional direct flights into Perth are now coming online, providing more opportunity for tourists to travel to our beautiful state.”
