From carpenter Thomas Scott Plunkett’s arrival in Western Australia in 1900 to today, Plunkett Homes have spent 120 years proudly shaping WA’s building history.

Establishing Plunkett Homes in 1903 alongside his brother William Thomas Plunkett, the pair would become instrumental in establishing the iconic streetscapes of suburbs like Mount Lawley, Highgate, Mount Hawthorn, Inglewood, South Perth, Nedlands and Claremont.

In fact, the original 1910 Plunkett family home still stands today on Wright Street, Highgate!
