After launching in Nedlands last year, Chris Wilson Fitness Studio is celebrating a successful first birthday in style.

Originally from the UK where he was an ex-trainer and coach to the stars, Wilson brought his studio to Perth with a focus on a more personal, tailored experience for clients.

With a membership cap of 50 and only 8 people per class, Wilson opened his main Fitness Studio in Nedlands along with Chris Wilson Boxing Studio in Claremont, quickly becoming a hit for residents around Nedlands, Dalkeith, South Perth and Shenton Park.

Specialising in Personal Training, Group Classes and Corporate Sessions, Wilson says “the demand for training in a small group environment has been huge. People feel safer, more confident and comfortable getting a more tailored experience where coaches actually watch your technique and can give you great tips and feedback during a session.”

With the Fitness Studio moving to a waitlist format and plans for exclusive wellness clubs to launch in 2023, Wilson has plenty to celebrate and wants you to get in on the action.

From Monday 30 May until Sunday 5 June, he’ll be hosting nutrition workshops, private Pilates and yoga sessions plus daily giveaways from his community including one huge giveaway via his Instagram page:

“This is our biggest ever giveaway and what a prize to win. My wife Rosanna and I have had a huge year opening the studios, having our first son Hunter and we chose the hotel stay giveaway because we got married there last year and love everything about the place. We are very excited to be giving away a 1-year membership to the studios. This will be such a life changing prize for the lucky winner,” said Wilson.
