The holiday season is upon us, and Synergy is back with the Synergy Xmas Lights Trail, a much-loved WA tradition that brings joy, connection, and holiday cheer across the state.

This year’s trail is filled with festive sparkle, charitable giving, and some exciting new features designed to make your Christmas lights adventures even more immersive.

Win big while you explore

This year, Synergy is amping up the festive fun with a visitor competition – by simply checking in at the houses along the trail, you’ll help determine the winners of the decorator competition, and also enter the running to win one of eight $150 Synergy account credits.* There’s no limit to the number of houses you can check into (as long as it’s a different house each time), so keep exploring and boost your chances to win! Winners will be announced between December 9-18 on the Synergy Xmas Lights Trail Facebook page, so be sure to follow along.

Design your perfect Xmas Trail

Crafting your own holiday lights route has never been easier. With new features on the Xmas Lights Trail website, you can select your favourite light displays and build a custom trail. From there, export your journey to Google or Apple Maps, and you’re set for a seamless adventure. Whether you choose to keep it private or share it publicly as a “Community Trail,” it’s a great way to spread the holiday joy with friends, family, and neighbours.

Light up a life with Ruah Community Services

Synergy is once again supporting Ruah Community Services, and every visit to a decorated home helps make a difference! For every check-in along the trail, Synergy will donate $1 to Ruah Community Services, up to a total of $40,000. Ruah provides vital support for people experiencing family and domestic violence, homelessness, and mental health challenges right here in WA.

Whether you’re a decorator or a visitor, this is the place to check out what’s new, check-in to your favourite displays, and even catch special local events along the way.

At each home, scan the unique QR code to check in – not only will it support Ruah Community Services with a $1 donation (up to a total of $40,000), but it also counts as an entry into the visitor competition.*
