The Bare Theory

This eco-friendly beauty hub in Leederville has recently added a brand new infrared sauna room. While it already specialises in luxurious clean beauty products, cosmetics and organic tans, you can now shop and sweat toxin-free! It’s a private, tranquil space with room for up to three people, 40 minute sessions (longer with add-on treatments), and towels for the body and face (chilled). The Neighbourhood Sauna

Offering a similar vibe to Alchemy, The Neighbourhood Sauna have three locations around Perth, using “the age old techniques of hot and cold therapy to manage inflammation, mental health, detoxification, immune boosts, improved sleep, muscle recovery, injury and pain management and overall, well being.” You can choose a variety of different therapies, including ice baths, and rates start at $30 for 30 minutes, although get cheaper the more use it!

Clear Mind Studio

Clear Mind Studio delivers 45 minute sessions of absolute stress free detoxing in their infrared saunas. Saunas are private for you and your guests and combine near, mid and far infrared for the best proven results. A sauna comes at the price of $45 (an extra $15 for your friends) and every session comes with eco towels, water and an en-suite shower to freshen up afterwards.

Float Lab

Float Lab‘s 30 minute sweat sessions will have you feeling a million bucks. Sweat it out in luxury inside these infrared sauna pods as the heat targets your body and not the room, meaning you can sweat for longer. Priced at $35 for one and $50 for two, Float Lab also offers a heap of awesome packages including a sauana membership for $100 per month which includes four fabulous detoxifying sessions.

Beatty Park Leisure Centre

Already one of Perth’s best public swimming pools, Beatty Park’s full leisure centre offers plenty more in the health and wellness space, including a great spa, sauna and steam room. Combining all three will really have you feeling great, and Beatty Park also offers some of the cheapest rates going around at $15 for a session, which includes use of the heated pool.

Combining a sauna session with some float therapy is an amazing way to relax and rejuvenate, and Float & Restore offers infrared sauna packages that combine the sauna, a massage and a float for $200, or $40 for a 30 minute solo sauna session.

Helpful staff, superb services and relaxing saunas to sweat away the day – yes please. Peace in a Pod delivers 30-minute sauna sessions that will have you sweating in minutes. At $35 per session, there are also discounted packages like ‘Sweat’ (five sessions for $150) that will have you sweating to go back.

Beyond Rest really wants you to get the most from your experience and feel improvements to your physical and mental health after each session. Offered as a pre-float therapy sauna or on its own, a 45-minute session is priced at $49 but the highly recommended sauna and float combination goes for $129.
