Itching to make a difference in your local community… But not quite sure where to start?

It really does take a village to make a village, and the upcoming Town Team Convergence Conference is all about empowering you to get involved and “Make It Happen!” in your own local community.

Taking place on October 28, the sixth annual conference will include a series of workshops, seminars and hands-on activities to help you get started on your journey to make your community more connected, vibrant and liveable.

Workshops will cover topics like quick win ideas to improve your town, an introduction to placemaking, how Town Teams can effectively use technology, finding a purpose for community groups, and how to empower children and young people in our communities – plus how to get collaborators on board including local businesses, local government and other passionate local do-ers!

Town Team Convergence

A totally free and inclusive event, things will kick off with a free coffee and lunch before you get into the thick of things – and will of course finish with a block party to celebrate an afternoon well spent!
