Eagle Bay Brewing Co. is a spectacular brewery, restaurant and vineyard in the northwest corner of the Margaret River wine region, tucked away on a family farm which is still run by owner John d’Espeissis (pictured on the farm, below).

His three children, Nick, Astrid and Adrian began Eagle Bay Brewing Co. in 2010, producing lip-smackingly good, handcrafted brews made with four simple ingredients: freshly harvested rainwater, malted barley, yeast, hops and sunshine to power the brewery.

Alongside their popular core range of drops is a small selection of wines from the vineyard, and the Eagle Bay Brewing Co. Restaurant. Led by Head Chef Rupert Brown, it has garnered fans from far and wide thanks to a fresh seasonal menu that focuses on fresh produce and old-fashioned cooking principles.

Arguably the brewery’s most popular drop is their Eagle Bay Kolsch, a light and bright thirst quencher that makes the perfect reward for down south adventuring.

And everyone earns their Kolsch a little differently – some of us love a spot of rock climbing, others hitting the waves, running along the south west’s beautiful coastline, or hitting some mountain bike trails. Perhaps it’s reeling in tonight’s dinner, tending to your horses, or simply jumping off some rocks into the ocean…

However you earn your Kolsch, Eagle Bay Brewing Co. want to celebrate their favourite drop and living the good life in the great outdoors with an epic new competition.

The winner will score two nights at Caves House Hotel, lunch at Eagle Bay Brewing Co., merch, beers, and two “Earn Your Kolsch” activities (to be determined by you).
