Optus Stadium’s Huge Christmas Festival Is Back For Two Sundays This Month!
We know what you’re thinking, how can it be Christmas time already!? Well what if we told you that you’ve still got plenty of time, and there’s no reason getting your last minute Chrissy shopping sorted can’t be a lot of fun?
That’s right, Optus Stadium’s free Christmas Festival is back once again, taking place in the beautiful surrounds of Stadium Park over two big Sunday afternoons this December 11 and 18.
Head down from 3pm until 8.30pm for food trucks, Christmas goodies and festive films on the big screen – the perfect spot to get all of your last minute shopping done and have a fun time with the fam while you’re at it!
There’ll be over a hundred food trucks and market stalls including jewellery, clothing, candles, kitchenware, gifts for the family pet, toys, books and more, kids entertainment and rides and of course a very special guest popping in a couple of weeks early – Santa Claus.

Big kids can also take a break at the Jingle Bar, serving up ice cold beverages in a delightful al fresco summer afternoon setting with DJs providing the soundtrack.
And once you’ve gotten the shopping out of the way, curl up on a picnic blanket and enjoy movie screenings on the amphitheatre big screen from 4.30pm, including Elf, The Polar Express and The Santa Clause.
Dogs are welcome, parking is only $10 on-site, and you can get more info via the Optus Stadium website.
