Christmas has come a couple of days early for Rotto lovers with news fresh off the press (like, just announced today) that SeaLink have just introduced a third ferry to service the Rottnest Island (Wadjemup) market.

The $6 million vessel adds an extra 400 seats to SeaLink’s Rottnest offerings, creating a total capacity of 1,100 seats equating to roughly 4,500 holiday-faring peeps transported to the island on any given day.

Not only that, SeaLink has significantly increased their summer schedule to and from Rottnest Island, meaning travellers have more choice when it comes to arrivals and departure times.

The Capricorn Class vessel will contribute approximately 20 new jobs to the local Rottnest market, and comes on the back of the island’s multimillion dollar renovations undertaken in recent months courtesy of the Rottnest Island Authority.

Head to the SeaLink Website now to book your next Rottnest Island trip today.
